Petanque

1- The tournament’s structure will be decided on May 1st (registration limit date).

2- Participants may use their own boules (lawn bowling balls may not be used).

3- Participants must wear sports shoes.

4- Participants may not wear gloves unless it has been discussed beforehand with a referee.

5- You must form your own two player team, preferably with another player from your age group. All exceptions will be dealt individually.

6- The team throws until they either run out of boules or until they place a boule closer to the jack than the opposite team. When this happens, the team takes the point and it is then the opposite team’s turn to play if they have any boule left.

7- When all boules have been thrown, points are given for all the team’s boules closer to the jack then the closest opposite boule.

8- The first team to score 13 points win.
